Apple Juice and Mixed Juices
Our apple juice is made from apples grown on our farm near Cahir. It is balanced in flavour, with both sweetness and sharpness, and has a wonderful apple aroma. The mixed juices use our own strawberries and raspberries, and blackcurrants grown by Simon and Tina Mosse in nearby Callan, Co. Kilkenny.

Our cider vinegar is made over a period of two to three years, with a slow fermentation that turns the apple juice first to cider and then on to vinegar. It is unpasteurised, so you may find a "mother" forming in the bottle, which is a sign of a healthy vinegar. Con's Cider is made in a small run of just 2000 bottles.
